Order Cancellations or Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified only if processing has not yet begun. Once processing has begun, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after it is placed. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has started.

Approved cancellations or order changes may be subject to a processing fee. If processing has already begun and the order cannot be canceled, or if the order has already shipped, it will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact HeadStrong Off-Road through our Contact Page before returning any product. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.

An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.

Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $15 and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, depending on the product, manufacturer policies, and the costs associated with processing the return.

Approved refunds are limited to the purchase price of the returned merchandise, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, payment processing fees, and other costs described in this policy.

Returned merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please include all manuals, hardware, accessories, and other included materials whenever possible. Missing or damaged packaging, components, or accessories may result in a reduced or denied refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer’s defect. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.

Special-order, custom-order, and non-stock items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Orders refused, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will have all applicable shipping and return costs deducted from the refund.

While many of our products include free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost is incurred by HeadStrong Off-Road. If an item is returned, those shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

HeadStrong Off-Road reserves the right to refuse any return or adjust any refund that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Product Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Unless otherwise stated, products sold by HeadStrong Off-Road are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and claim procedures.

The warranty information provided here is intended as a general summary only. For products not manufactured by HeadStrong Off-Road, the manufacturer’s warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern warranty coverage.

Products Manufactured by HeadStrong Off-Road

HeadStrong Off-Road manufactured products are backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the original purchase date.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, or damage resulting from other failed components. At the sole discretion of HeadStrong Off-Road, eligible products may be repaired, replaced with the same or an equivalent product, or credited toward a replacement product.

Products Manufactured by Deaver Spring

Products manufactured by Deaver Spring, including HeadStrong Off-Road / Deaver branded products, are covered exclusively by Deaver Spring’s warranty policy. These products are not covered under the HeadStrong Off-Road 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Brake Lines Manufactured by Crown Performance

HeadStrong Off-Road brake lines manufactured by Crown Performance are covered by Crown Performance’s warranty. Brake lines are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, while the optional vinyl coating is covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. These products are subject to Crown Performance’s warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and claim procedures and are not covered under the HeadStrong Off-Road 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Shipping

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) unless otherwise stated. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is available upon request and may require additional shipping charges.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable federal, state, and local laws based on the shipping destination.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended. HeadStrong Off-Road is not responsible for damage, product failure, or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of any product. Please follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Improper installation or modification may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Many suspension and steering components require a professional wheel alignment after installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is properly aligned before operating the vehicle. It is also the customer’s responsibility to verify proper fitment, adequate clearances, and proper torque of all fasteners in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications before operating the vehicle.

Policy Updates

HeadStrong Off-Road reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted or warranty coverage applicable at the time of purchase unless required by law.
