Order Cancellations or Changes
Cancellations or changes may only be made if the order processing has not been completed (invoice emailed to you). Should you decide to change or cancel your order and you are eligible to do so, a minimum 10% charge will be applied for the cancellation/modification. It is highly advised to know exactly what you want before you place an order.
Return Policy
All returns are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee*. For all returns please contact us via the contact form. We will do our best to ensure the return process goes smoothly. Product refund eligibility is as follows:
- Within 20 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
Refunds will be given on product only and excludes shipping or any other charges applied when the purchase was made*. All product must be returned in the original package (or equivalent), cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. Please try to include all manuals and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid. Special order product cannot be returned unless mentioned otherwise at the time of sale. Should the buyer change their mind and the product purchased goes unclaimed or is deemed undeliverable and is returned to HeadStrong Off-Road, the return shipping cost will also be subtracted from the refund total.
Once an order has been processed within our system cancellations and changes to orders may not be able to occur. If you want to cancel an order or make changes to an order please contact us immediately after the order is placed and prior to it being processed. We will do what we can to make the corrections; if we are not able to stop the order, this will be treated as a return.
*Our website is designed to include free shipping on all of our items. The cost for shipping to the purchaser is covered by HeadStrong Off-Road; however, if the item is returned, the initial shipping cost and transaction fees included at the time of purchase, in addition to the restocking fee, will be subtracted from the original total.
Product Warranty
All brands excluding HS: Non HS branded products sold by HeadStrong Off-Road may carry a warranty covered by the product manufacturer. HeadStrong Off-Road assumes no responsibility for defective or faulty product.
HS product warranty: All HS products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturers defects which commences on the purchase date. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser. HeadStrong Off-Road warrants repair or replacement of eligible products under normal use.
Warranty on Bilstein/OME Coil kits: HeadStrong Off-Road agrees to handle warranty claims pertaining to OME coils when installed on Bilstein 5100 struts*. Claims will be handled according to the manufacturer ARB. For more information, visit ARBUSA.com.
Shipping
Verify your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect addresses may result in the buyer covering return/reshipment costs. Free shipping applies to all items in the lower 48 states only. International shipping is by request.
